Collaboration With Attitudinal Healing
Attitudinal Healing is a cross-cultural method of healing that helps remove self-imposed blocks such as judgment, blame, shame and self-condemnation that are in the way of experiencing lasting love, peace, and happiness. It is based on the belief that it is not people or experiences outside of ourselves that cause us to be upset. Rather, it is our thoughts, attitudes, and judgments about them that cause us distress.
The Center for Attitudinal Healing was founded in 1975 in Marin County, by Gerald Jampolsky M.D., a child and adult psychiatrist and author, to provide support for individuals and families in their efforts to address life’s many challenges.
Today the Center for Attitudinal Healing – North Bay provides support groups for people facing such issues as chronic and life-threatening illness, caregiving of loved ones, bereavement, aging, unemployment, marriage and parenting problems, divorce, loneliness, and stress.
The approach and philosophy is based on universal principles and forgiveness. People of all ages, beliefs, walks of life, and cultures volunteer, support, and benefit from the practice of Attitudinal Healing.
Pakistan is considered as one of the countries where addiction rate is being increased with every passing year. Nearly 25 percent of the suffering population is youth. Nishan is contributing its best to the rehab industry in Pakistan. Nishan is actively working in collaboration with International attitudinal Healing Center (IAH). We are the only Rehab facility working in Pakistan that employs Attitudinal Healing in the addiction treatment process. Health is defined as inner peace and healing as the letting go of fear. We are employing the guiding principles of attitudinal healing in this groundbreaking work in personal, collective, and global transformation in addiction recovery.
